Job Title: SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) Expert

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) Expert to drive and deliver the integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) with SAP S/4HANA HCM. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless data flow between cloud-based HR solutions and on-premise core HR and payroll systems, particularly during the migration from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of SAP BIB for integration between EC and S/4HANA HCM.
* Configure replication models, field mappings, filters, and transformation logic within BIB.
* Set up and maintain integration flows using SAP Cloud Integration Middleware (SAP CPI).
* Ensure accurate replication of key data such as employee master data (e.g., organizational assignment, personal/job information), position data, and enterprise structure (e.g., company codes, cost centers).
* Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
* Conduct data mapping, validation, and troubleshooting of integration and replication issues.
* Maintain technical documentation and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live activities.
* Provide training to internal teams and ongoing post-implementation support.
✅ Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven expertise in SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) for EC-S/4HANA integrations.
* Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including HRIS elements and data models.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM or SAP ERP HCM data structures and configuration.
* Hands-on proficiency with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or equivalent middleware.
* Solid understanding of IDoc, OData, XML, and integration monitoring tools.
* Skilled in debugging and resolving integration issues through log analysis and XML validation.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in hybrid SAP HCM environments (e.g., SuccessFactors EC + SAP R/3 + S/4HANA).
* Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors EC and/or SAP Integration Suite.
* Awareness of GDPR and best practices for data privacy in HR systems.
