As the Product Manager for Controls products and iCue technology, you will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for a portfolio of intelligent controllers, diverse offering of connected solutions, and other strategic initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to prioritize features and ensure successful product launches to sustain market growth. Your work will directly impact how customers interact with and benefit from our smart solutions.
Responsibilities
1. Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for controller products, IoT solutions, and other offerings tailored to industrial filtration applications.
2. Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify new product opportunities that align with the business strategy.
3. Translate customer needs and regulatory requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
4. Collaborate with engineering to develop robust, scalable products.
5. Ensure seamless integration of ancillary components, controllers, and cloud-based platforms for real-time monitoring and diagnostics.
6. Partner with sales and marketing to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
7. Support customer-facing teams with training, documentation, and technical insights.
8. Manage product lifecycle from concept and design through launch to end-of-life.
Minimum Qualifications
9. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business-related areas.
10. 5+ years of experience in product management or engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
11. Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
12. Experience working with and leading cross functional teams.
13. Background designing or managing products for Industrial Users.
14. Experience with various enterprise infrastructure technologies such as wireless/wired networking technology.
15. Proven experience leading cross functional teams developing and launching new products or services.
16. 5+ Years experience with a combination of design engineering and product management.
17. Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and services.
18. Experience working with industrial cellular IoT products.
19. Knowledgeable about Agile Scrum Development is a plus.
