Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Supervisor located in San Juan with some flexibility for remote work. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily cleaning operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and providing excellent customer service. In addition, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the company's key performance metrics, providing team training and coaching, and resolving any emerging issues.
Qualifications
Supervisory skills, including experience managing a team and ensuring performance objectives are met
Operations and operations management skills, including experience with scheduling and logistics coordination
Analytical skills, including experience monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics
Communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both employees and clients, and manage conflict when necessary
High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field preferred
Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
