* Master's degree in IT and minimum 13 years of relevant professional experience (or Bachelor's degree in IT and minimum 17 years of experience).
* At least 5 years of experience with Java/JEE.
* Minimum 5 years experience with SOAP and/or REST.
* At least 5 years of experience with BPMN (and one BPMN workflow engine).
* 3 years of experience with Jira.
* Java EE Application Developer certification is mandatory.
* At least 2 years of experience with HTTP and API design.
* Experience with Workflow applications.
* Previous experience with relational databases.
* Excellent knowledge of asynchronous communication and publish/subscribe techniques and technologies: Apache Kafka, JMS.
* Strong experience with integration testing best practices.
* Proven experience with AI-powered code assistants (e.g., Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot) for accelerating coding processes and enhancing developer productivity.
* Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and cloud native architectures.
* Familiarity with GRPC and Protobuf format.
* Good knowledge of distributed or microservice architectures and complex event processing.
* Good knowledge in Web security, OAuth2.0 and OpenID Connect.
* Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
