PstrongICI Formation /strong is a leading marketplace in the field of training and professional development.br / Through their platform, anyone can identify, compare, and directly contact the experts best suited to their needs. /p pFor 20 years, ICI Formation has been offering a comprehensive range of services, including training programs, skills assessments, and support for the VAE (emValidation of Acquired Experience /em) process. Its goal is to facilitate connections between working professionals and training providers. /pbr /pAs part of our growth, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team.br / Your main mission will be to actively contribute to the development of our commercial activity. /p pYou will be in daily contact with training organization directors and acquisition managers. Through relatively short sales cycles—around two months—you will engage with various organizations such as training centers, VAE support centers, skills assessment centers, and outplacement firms, among others. /p pstrongYour responsibilities: /strong /p ul liContribute to the development of the company#39;s commercial activity. /li liProspect new clients. /li liIndependently manage your client portfolio. /li liNegotiate and close contracts in line with the group#39;s policies and guidelines. /li liMaintain strong client relationships and ensure customer loyalty. /li liReport on your activity. /li /ulbr /ul liYou hold a two- or three-year higher education degree (emBac +2/3 /em) and have at least 5 years of experience in the digital field. /li liA solid understanding of the training sector and its key players would be a strong asset. /li liYou have a strong interest in digital technologies, which allows you to stay at the forefront of industry innovations. /li liWith excellent prospecting skills, you are able to identify and seize new opportunities with determination. /li liAs an experienced hunter, you also possess a strong team spirit. /li liYou demonstrate great adaptability and enjoy taking on challenges. /li liEvery day, you channel your energy into excellence, showing both kindness and curiosity. /li /ulbr /pstrongWhy join us? /strong /p pWe are a community that values your life outside of work just as much as your well-being while you#39;re with us.
