Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical expertise for vessel design and conversions.
* Design project-specific installations, such as cable laying equipment and offshore constructions.
* Lead project calculations for hydrodynamics, motion analysis, and lifting operations.
* Prepare and review technical specifications for other departments.
* Collaborate with internal departments to determine design constraints.
Requirements
* Masters degree in engineering sciences with an option in Electromechanics/mechanics, shipbuilding, or naval architecture.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
* Experience with calculation methods, software, and theoretical aspects applicable to vessel design.
* Knowledge of hydrodynamic behavior of floating vessels.
