Within our internal Quality, Risk & Compliance function, we are looking for a Risk Compliance Officer to support the business and independence-related matters. In this supporting role you will be responsible for the day-to-day assistance in the management of our Ethics & Independence/Quality & Risk Management department. This includes the following tasks:
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative and compliance-related support to the team
2. Perform daily and recurring testings, controls and checks
3. Manage and follow up on one or multiple systems
4. Handle user queries (basic questions, access management, permissions)
5. Support the preparation and execution of testings
6. Follow up and structure administrative processes
7. Integration of Artificial Intelligence in daily operations and processes
8. Create and update presentations (PowerPoint, slides)
9. Format and structure policies and documentation professionally
10. Ensure consistency and quality in document formatting
11. Maintain and update internal tools, portals and websites
12. Proactively support the team and contribute to smooth daily operations

Skills & Qualifications
13. You have 2–3 years (or more) of relevant experience in a compliance, administration role
14. You manage MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the internet.
15. You place a high value on compliance and ethical behaviourYou are able to handle sensitive information, investigations and compliance related matters with the utmost discretion.
16. You are interested in further developing expertise in risk, compliance and independence regulations
17. You are analytical, detail-oriented and able to handle complex topics pragmatically
18. You have a hands-on mindset and enjoy taking ownership in a supporting role
19. You are a strong communicator and able to translate complex topics into clear, actionable advice
20. you are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset
