By bridging the gap between HR strategy and its implementation, they deliver added value to our service line. They serve as the primary contact for any people-related matters. Your next challenge You will support the Human Resources Business Partners team working for a dedicated Service Line in various talent operational tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient execution of HR processes. Manage and deliver precise and compliant HR operations in a timely manner with the highest degree of accuracy such as managing employee integration and exit processes, handling day-to-day HR matters, delivering and analysing HR metrics, preparing talent presentation for business, managing long term leave as well as internal mobility. Interact closely with the HRBPs to create impact across our population Be accountable for HR processes such as talent development, performance assessments, workforce planning, onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives that drive a high performing team Support on transversal activities as well as HR projects and continuous improvement (Employee survey, SAP, Onboarding 2.0…) Play a pivotal role in driving improvements in internal processes at a leading company. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration Previous experience in an HR-related role is required Strong organization and analytical skills and a rigorous approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Being a self-starter attitude and a great learner Capability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to work with high confidentiality Have excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, …) Are fluent in French and English.
