Our client, a leading company in the automotive sector based in Zaventem, is expanding the organization and looking for an experienced Accounting & Reporting Manager to join their team. Key responsibilities as Accounting & Reporting Manager: Oversee bookings, provisions, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations, review accounts quarterly with SSC. Provide accurate monthly financial reports and KPI dashboards. Handle tax filings, ensure compliance, and support audits. Identify risks and improve processes and controls. Collaborate with Fleet, Operations, Sales, and HR; manage internal/external audits. Monitor payables/receivables processing and resolve discrepancies with SSC and stakeholders. What are we looking for in an Accounting & Reporting Manager: Degree in Accounting, finance or business economics. Minimum 4 years' experience in accounting. Strong understanding of Belgian accounting standards, taxation, and reporting. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP and consolidation tools. Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus. A structured, analytical, and proactive professional with strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills who excels under pressure and translates financial data into actionable insights.
