As an Internal Sales representative, you are the link between our customers, partners and the internal organisation. You ensure that everything is arranged smoothly and correctly, from the initial enquiry to the
final invoice.
What will you be working on?
• Handling incoming enquiries from schools, associations and other
organisations.
• (Assisting with) preparing and following up on quotations.
• Booking hotels, coaches, activities and other logistical aspects of the
trip.
• Administrative follow-up of files and invoicing.
• Supporting the planning and coordination of group trips.
• Working closely with the sales and operational team to provide our customers
with top-quality service.

What is your added value?
We are looking for someone who likes structure, overview and customer-oriented work.
• Experience or strong affinity with administration, customer service or tourism.
• Eye for detail and accuracy in quotations and invoices.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM or booking systems is a plus.
• Team spirit, but you can also work independently.
• Fluent in three languages: Dutch, French and English
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
