Established Search has partnered with a leading global manufacturer in the vision care industry to support the growth of its international commercial team.
Role Purpose
Drive global growth by securing new business and expanding active customer accounts across prescription (RX) product lines and related solutions. Lead the development of the RX portfolio and sales strategy to maintain market competitiveness and deliver tailored solutions across multiple sales channels.
* Define and execute a global sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets
* Expand the RX product portfolio to remain competitive and aligned with market needs
* Support regional teams in closing pipeline opportunities and winning tenders
* Develop marketing, technical content, and training materials to support product positioning
* Collaborate with operations to ensure effective onboarding and service delivery
2. Regional Business Development (EMEA & APAC)
* Identify and win new customers across key markets and channels
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects, converting them into active accounts
* Promote a full product portfolio including both manufactured and partner solutions
* Partner with regional teams to drive a proactive, “hunting” sales culture
* Contribute to category strategies (e.g. photochromic products) to increase market penetration
* Develop compelling value propositions and sales messaging
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
* Support customer onboarding and gather feedback to improve products and services
* Monitor financial and commercial risks within customer relationships
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
* Work closely with regional sales teams to drive alignment and performance
* Partner with senior leadership on strategy and execution
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns, materials, and portfolio development
* Build relationships with industry partners, distributors, and key customers
* Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences
Key Performance Indicators
* Revenue growth and achievement of sales targets
* Number of new active customer accounts acquired
* Marketing effectiveness (ROI, engagement, brand impact)
* Customer retention and cross-/up-selling performance
* Risk management (e.g. credit exposure and payment performance)
* Delivery of sales enablement tools and training
* Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus
