Role Overview
As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing AI components for an enterprise-grade internal conversational chatbot. This is a hands-on role focused on model implementation, system integration, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement AI / NLP components for an internal chatbot
Build and optimize conversational AI solutions for enterprise use
Integrate AI models with internal data sources, APIs, and business systems
Improve chatbot accuracy, performance, and response quality
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and IT teams for scalable delivery
Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and enterprise IT standards
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in AI, NLP, Machine Learning, or Conversational AI
Excellent programming skills in Python, APIs, backend development
Proven ability to integrate AI solutions into enterprise environments
Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred)
Comfortable working in a regulated and structured IT context
Experience in Insurance or Healthcare is a strong plus
Fluent in English, with working knowledge of Dutch and/or French =
