EUMEDICA SA also offers solutions for the logistical needs of internationally active pharmaceutical companies that use our services for the entire European market. To manage commercial activities across Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands, we are currently looking for a: National Sales Manager BENELUX Position overview: As National Sales Manager BENELUX, you will: Develop a strategic Business Plan for year 1 and over 3 years including targeting and segmentation, product strategy, action plans, implementation and monitoring of KPIs for the market. Contribute to the annual sales budget, present operational activities, and ensure their implementation. Elaborate and oversee a development plan for the Netherlands as it represents a new market for the company Ensure market monitoring including tracking the evolution of key pathways (Product – Patients – Prescribers) and competitive intelligence. Review your team’s sales performance monthly, including call rates, activities, and action plans. Provide regular updates on market developments across the three countries Ensure the effective management and cohesion of the KAM team in the field through structured coaching, supervision, and daily support with the aim of achieving defined objectives, understanding the operational context and making coherent decisions. Oversee and maintain direct interactions with physicians and other strategically important stakeholders (such as purchasing managers, hospital pharmacists, and key opinion leaders). Work closely with the MSL – Benelux and the medical department to provide insight on sales and marketing needs and develop the national strategy. Actively participate in scientific congresses and meetings attended by EUMEDICA As a BENELUX Sales Manager, you report directly to the Head of Home Market. The territories are Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The sector of activity is 100% hospital based. Your profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a commercial or scientific orientation. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical sector. Relevant experience and knowledge of the hospital markets in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. Experience in infectiology, pain management, and/or thrombolysis is desirable. A natural leader and coach, you have excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in sales, coaching, and negotiation techniques, with a proven track record of success in these areas. Strong analytical and synthesizing skills, enabling you to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. A comprehensive understanding of the business environment, with the ability to consider and balance the interests of various stakeholders. High level of autonomy, strong results orientation, and a pragmatic approach. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to provide valuable market insights. Curious and naturally inclined toward scientific topics. Willingness to travel regularly to the Netherlands, a newly developing market for the company. Prepared to spend 80% of your time in the field. Ideally based in Belgium Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
