You will own the company's international commercial strategy, building strong distributor networks and converting field trials into recurring sales. Lead international business development across Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle EastIdentify, negotiate, and close agreements with distributors, cooperatives, and major farm ownersActively manage distributors, ensuring they are trained, supported, and commercially effectiveWork closely with R&D and scientific leadership to bring products to marketTravel extensively to open doors, support trials, and engage key accountsExperience in technico-commercial roles, business development, or sales in agriculture or AgriTechEntrepreneurial, self-starter, and highly autonomousStrong negotiator and closer, comfortable managing complex international dealsLanguages: Fluent English required. Any other language is a plus.
