We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Office & Administration Officer to join our client, located in the heart of Brussels. Our client is an international NGO in the sustainability sector. You will join a team of 30 people in the Brussels office.In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting various aspects of the business. As Office & Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, event management, office tasks, as well as assisting with some HR activities.Every project, event, and daily task contributes to a greater mission: driving systemic change for the planet. Tasks :Act as the first point of contact by managing calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring smooth communication across the company.Take ownership of day-to-day office management: meeting rooms, supplies, lunch orders, and creating a welcoming, well-organized workspace.Coordinate and deliver memorable company events - from budget management to catering and logistics.Guarantee the smooth running of daily operations so that every team member has what they need to succeed.Support the HR function with administrative tasks and contribute to a positive employee experience.Serve as a trusted go-to person for colleagues, offering guidance and support when needed.
