Skills & Qualifications
6. You have a master degree and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in internal audit and/or risk management;
7. You have excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills ;
8. You have strong analytical skills and an eye for detail;
9. You are an independent worker with a commercial awareness;
10. You are curious with a critical mindset;
11. You have the ability and willingness to challenge and to think 'outside the box';
12. You are willing to travel occasionally.

In your role, you will be able to:
13. Participate in risk, internal control, and internal audit assignments;
14. Coordinate and review work performed by junior colleagues;
15. Conduct client meetings (kick-off/closing meetings) and interviews;
16. Analyze processes with a focus on risks and controls;
17. Write/review reports;
18. Formulate practical recommendations and best practices to mitigate risks and improve processes;
19. Assist in business development by writing proposals/client presentations/targeting.
