We’re growing our North American team, and we’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait for leads to show up.
The role
This is a senior individual contributor position for a genuine hunter. You’ll own both expansion revenue across enterprise accounts and net new business acquisition — picking up the phone on Monday morning with a target list, and sitting across from a CMO by Friday.
You’ll receive qualified leads from our BDR team. You’re expected to go further: build your own pipeline through established brand relationships, close complex deals, and lead our BR-to-US expansion strategy — converting Brazilian and ROW clients with US operations into North American accounts.
This is a builder role. The playbook doesn’t exist yet. You’ll help write it.
What you’ll do
* Drive upsell, cross-sell, and contract growth across an enterprise account portfolio
* Hunt and close net new business in CPG, QSR, Beauty, Retail, and Alcohol
* Build and maintain C-suite relationships (CMO, SVP Marketing, VP Insights)
* Lead the International-to-US conversion strategy
* Manage pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, and international teams
* Represent Winnin at industry events in your category verticals
What we’re looking for
* ✔ 7–10 years of B2B sales experience, at least 3 in enterprise or strategic accounts (SaaS, martech, social analytics, or content intelligence)
* ✔ Proven hunter track record — you generate pipeline, you don’t just manage it
* ✔ Established relationships in QSR, Beauty, Retail, CPG, and/or Alcohol — built over years, not from a contact list
* ✔ Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
* ✔ Track record of 110%+ NDR and multi-million dollar expansion revenue
* ✔ Ability to articulate business value at C-suite level
* ✔ Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and small, fast-moving teams
Bonus: background in insights, cultural intelligence, or data-driven marketing platforms. Proximity to NYC is a plus for client access.
