We are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Officer to join our team. This role involves providing technical support and managing our company's IT equipment.

* Providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for users (hardware, software, network)

">Key Responsibilities:
The IT Service Desk Officer will play a key role in supporting and managing our company's IT equipment. This includes:
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and peripherals
* Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
* Managing requests through a ticketing system and ensuring proper follow-up
* Monitoring and managing alert consoles to detect, analyze, and resolve potential issues proactively
* Participating in IT environment evolution projects (deployment, updates, migrations, etc.)
* Training and assisting users on IT tools and best practices
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Information Technology and first experience in IT support, workstation management, and alert console monitoring. Knowledge of Windows environments, Office 365, and collaboration tools is beneficial.
