We are looking for an IT Videoconference Support Specialist who will:
* Participate in configuration of videoconferencing environments.
* Test and administer applications and videoconferencing-related IT equipment.
* Assist staff members' requests for video conferencing (creation of meeting, support) Webex and MS teams. and provide assistance for the events, webinar videoconferencing requests.
* Be the point of contact for escalation for videoconferencing issues and meeting rooms.
* Provide deskside support for hardware, software and printer issues.
* Provide support for mobile devices and scan devices for spywares (IOS, Android)
* Assist in installation of the devices and certificates.
* Document operational support procedures and draft technical content for knowledge database.
What would make you a fit for the role:
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
* Familiarity with common PC videoconferencing tools: Webex, Cisco Jabber, MS Teams, Skype, Cisco Webmeeting, Interactio, Barco, Cisco video conferencing systems etc.
* Fluency and communication skills in both English/French.
* Good skills in all of the MS office applications and end user computers.
* Being highly autonomous and broadly IT skilled.
* Knowledge of Linux and Windows environment.
* ITIL V4 Foundation Certified - strongly preferred.
* Knowledge of additional official EU languages, specifically German would be considered as an advantage.
Work Arrangement:
Onsite in Brussels with monthly missions to Strasbourg, France.
