Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager located in Liège, with some work from home acceptable. As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure customer satisfaction, build and maintain relationships with clients, and drive customer retention. Your day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, analyzing customer data to improve service, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
