Mission:
You will support the External Manufacturing Operations Lead (EMOL) in both daily activities and key projects related to external manufacturing of Drug Products (DP) and Devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Control Management:
Review Change Control (CC) communications
Draft Change Proposals
Follow up on Regulatory Affairs (RA) impact assessments and action plans
- Deviation Management:
Review supplier investigation reports
Participate in troubleshooting activities
- Access Management:
Ensure access of Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) representatives to UCB IT systems
- Documentation & Review:
Support EMOL with Product Quality Review (PQR) and Continued Process Verification (CPV)
- Project Support:
Contribute to technology transfer activities
Support knowledge management processes within External Manufacturing DP & Devices
Your profile:
- Education: Technical background (e.g., engineering degree or equivalent)
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge and analytical mindset
- Languages: Fluent in English or French (written and spoken)
- Other: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a cross-functional environment
Please note that the strict eligibility conditions for this program are as follows:
1. Be between 18 and 28 years old;
2. Hold the nationality of a member country of the European Economic Area;
3. Have not worked or lived in the country where the mission will take place;
4. Be available to dedicate yourself to the mission full-time;
5. If you have French nationality or dual nationality, be in compliance with the national service obligations of France (Numéro Identifiant Défense);
6. Have a clean criminal record.
