Your Role
You will be responsible for driving and strengthening key capabilities within Global Supply Chain Excellence, with a particular focus on the following areas: project management, risk management, compliance, and inventory management. Your mission will be to maintain and adapt processes if necessary, optimize tools, perform some administrative tasks (such as data entry or check in dedicated tools) and develop associated skills in close collaboration with business experts and cross-functional teams.
🔹 Project Management (30%)*
- Monitor 2026 projects using the dedicated tool
- Consolidate key focus areas with Project Managers
- Prepare reports for senior management
- Continuously improve documentation related to project and change management
- Etc.
🔹 Risk Management (20%)*
- Track the 2026 risk portfolio in the dedicated tool
- Coordinate activities with specialized teams and the risk community
- Produce reports for management
- Strengthen documentation and risk management practices
- Etc.
🔹 Compliance (20%)*
- Assess compliance maturity (document control, quality, regulatory)
- Propose improvement areas
- Support document control activities
- Etc.
🔹 Inventory Management (30%)*
- Calculate inventory levels across each stage of the value chain
- Analyze risks related to overstocking or understocking
- Automate analysis and reporting activities
- Etc.
You will be supported by dedicated experts in each domain and work closely with all functions within the Global Supply Chain.

Your Profile
Required Skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory; a strong command of French is highly desirable
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Ability to learn easily new IT tools
- Interest in data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to track projects and organize information effectively
- Motivation to contribute to digitalization initiatives
- Supply Chain Knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic understanding of logistics, planning, or inventory management
- Awareness of quality and compliance challenges
Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
- Good stress management and ability to adapt to changes
Please note that this program is in partnership with Business France, and we follow the prerequisites required by Business France to carry out a VIE assignment. The main participation prerequisites are as follows:
