Responsibilities
1. The provision of care on an accurate, planned and expert manner, taking into account the patient and his/her immediate environment.
2. Correctly performing the actions entrusted to you by the doctor via oral discussions and by recording nursing activities in the patient file.
3. Working together on managing and organizing the department on nursing, administrative, technical and household levels.
4. Monitoring and improving the quality of nursing care.
5. Following up on necessary training and further education.
