As a Transcon Agent, you are responsible for the operational handling of domestic and international road freight shipments. You ensure accurate coordination, documentation, and communication throughout the transport process, working in a structured environment with clear procedures and strong customer service standards. This role offers a solid foundation for long-term growth within road transport and logistics operations. Manage the full operational flow of road freight shipments. Ensure accurate and timely data entry in internal systems. Track and trace shipments and prepare required reporting. Ensure timely delivery and clearance of freight when applicable. Handle accurate and timely billing for customers and vendors. Communicate with customers to arrange shipments and meet service expectations. Maintain strong relationships with carriers and other logistics partners. Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. Respond promptly to network communications, emails, and operational requests. Meet KPI standards according to company policies. Understand customer procedures and maintain updated internal SOPs. 2–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in road transport. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented. Solid computer skills (Excel, Word). Fluent in Dutch and English. Eligible to work in Belgium. Comfortable working in a structured, process‑driven environment. Able to work effectively in an international, multicultural team.
