Description de la fonction The main tasks as an administrative assistent are the following: Overlooking the general management of the office Preparation for the Board/General Council Changes Board Belgian Gazette Preparation of activity report Review of the daily press Thorough management of contracts, procedures, lunch vouchers,calenders and cash Order administration Hardware IT contractor interface Assisting with potential special projects such as launches Back up daily product price calculations Profil Skills and abilities Fluency in Dutch, English and/or French, oral and written You have great organizational and administrative skills You can work independently Offre De 2.500 a 3.200 par mois You will work in a baremic schedule You will receive extra legal benefits, such as meal vouchers,alongside an attractive compenstation You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic working environment where autonomy is encouraged You will be working under a part time contract
