Responsibilities
* Act as a visible leader onsite, ensuring safe work practices and compliance with environmental and water quality standards.
* Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of water treatment systems, including filtration, recycling, and wastewater management.
* Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor teams to manage schedules, budgets, and quality for water-related systems.
* Identify and resolve technical and operational issues proactively, ensuring minimal impact on data center operations.
* Implement and monitor project processes, driving continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
* Lead key meetings, report progress, and communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
Requirements
* Have proven experience managing water treatment or utility systems within large-scale industrial or data center projects.
* Hold a degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Possess strong knowledge of water treatment technologies, regulatory compliance, and sustainability practices.
* Are detail-oriented, quality-focused, and thrive in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
* Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and teams.
* Hold or are pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
