You will join the team responsible for technical customer service and spare parts. You will support customers with their technical support questions, drawing on your expertise and after completing an initial training period provided by the company. You help them order the right parts for the machines. You ensure that the spare parts are ready on time and arrange suitable (urgent) shipping for customers worldwide. In consultation with the team, you will handle incoming warranty claims and work together to find a customer-friendly solution. You have a bachelor's degree in a technical field, ideally in electromechanics or equivalent through experience. Basic knowledge of SolidWorks, E-plan, and/or AutoCAD is a plus. Experience in customer service is considered highly advantageous. You excel in problem-solving and multitasking. Proficiency in English, Dutch, and/or French is crucial for this role.
