To support our IT department, we’re currently looking for a motivated and experienced Office IT Engineer. What will you be doing? Managing, maintaining and optimizing the office IT infrastructure of all our Contec offices, including servers, networks, and workstations; Troubleshooting technical issues and providing end-user support. You take ownership of this yourself, without relying on external IT partners; Implementing and managing security measures and actively contributing to cybersecurity thinking; Performing system updates and upgrades to ensure efficiency and safety; Collaborating with other departments to develop IT solutions that support business processes; Actively thinking along about improvements and new tools within the IT environment; Documenting IT processes and procedures. Who are you? You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, IT, or equivalent through experience; You already have several years of experience in a similar role; You have solid knowledge of networks, servers and workstations; You have experience with Windows environments. Some experience with Linux operating systems is a plus; You can work independently as well as in a team; You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; You think proactively and have strong problem-solving skills; Why Contec?
