Support end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Actively source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms Conduct interviews and maintain communication with candidates Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth integration Maintain and update HR databases and recruitment trackers Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media presence Support general HR activities (employee engagement, events, admin tasks) Who are we looking for? Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field Strong interest in recruitment and people management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Fluent in Dutch OR French, and have a good foundation of the other language + English What can we offer you?
