About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join the team and help them build scalable, real-time systems that power the platform. Key Challenges
* Design and implement scalable architectures capable of handling large volumes of data and high user concurrency.

* Solve complex problems related to distributed systems, such as managing Kafka partitions, WebSocket connections, and asynchronous event processing.
* Build robust infrastructure to support innovative AI-driven functionalities while maintaining reliability and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer, with expertise in distributed systems, scalability, and real-time processing.
* Deep understanding of backend technologies such as Python, Kafka, WebSockets, and similar tools.
* Strong knowledge of concurrency, asynchronous programming, and low-latency system design.
* Experience working on large-scale systems, preferably in industries like video streaming, real-time communications, or SaaS platforms.
* A problem-solving mindset with a passion for tackling innovative and complex technical challenges.
* While not mandatory, familiarity with AI/ML technologies is a plus.
