Your Role
Administrative tasks:
* Preparing and processing site orders
* Monitoring the internal approval of contracts
* Administrative management and monitoring of contracts in various programmes
* Drafting, monitoring and sending contracts
* Filing
* Management and processing of supplier & subcontractor evaluations
Optimisation of ERP processes (Key User Flow)
* Identifying and proposing optimisations within the ERP system.
* Performing process analyses and identifying inefficiencies.
* Discussing and implementing improvements together with colleagues.
Contract and KPI management & Vendor Management
* Managing framework agreements, purchase orders and supplier data.
* Drawing up and monitoring of KPIs
* Drawing up monthly reports and critically analysing figures.
* Gaining insight into bottlenecks based on data and KPIs.
Process optimisation
* Analyse input and output within different departments.
* Propose and implement improvement processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Vendor onboarding & screening
* Point of contact for administrative onboarding new suppliers.
* Carry out financial screenings and administrative follow-up.
* Use existing templates to support processes.
What do you need?
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
* Preferably experience in purchasing.
* Experience working in an ERP system (MsDynamics, SAP, etc.).
* Professionally bilingual in Dutch and French, preferably with a good knowledge of English.
* You are someone who works very accurately and likes to take a critical view.
* You often think one step ahead.
