We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our team in Brussels (HQ of the Marketplace). Your ultimate goal? To translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly improve our business efficiency. You will be the trusted data partner for our Seller Management team, helping them monitor the competition and scout the best new prospects to grow our global offering. Here are your key missions: Translate data and KPIs into actionable insights for business teams Deliver insightful reports to business teams through well-coordinated routines Provide ah-hoc analysis assisting business teams in better understanding their operations Identify key opportunities by sourcing data from various internal and external channels Ensure follow-up on opportunities provided to business development teams, ensuring continuous improvement in insight actionability Identify new growth levers and facilitate insight sharing with Sellers through Proof of Concepts (POCs) and commercial animation data sharing initiatives Establish a Market Intelligence stream to aid Seller Management in monitoring competition activity and identifying potential prospects for business development teams Sport is your DNA, y ou are a true sports enthusiast! You are a Final-year Bachelor or Master’s student from a business or engineering school. You are fluent in English – it's the official language for all our meetings and communications. You master Excel (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas) and are proficient in SQL. You possess a strong analytical mindset and genuinely enjoy problem-solving challenges. You are autonomous, incredibly proactive, curious, and detail-oriented. You enjoy learning new things and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
