How you make an impact:
Using the standards of TÜV AUSTRIA Belgium, you will be responsible for OK biobased, OK biodegradable & OK compost certification processes.
The Technical Assistant responsibilities are:
* Support CMM with sample management and IR measurements
* Carry out analysis on the samples (Infrared spectrometry, weight, grammage & thickness measurements)
* Shipping samples to external labs
* Follow up the contractual agreements of partners
* Ordering office material
* Internal calibration of installations
* Management of request of samples
* Share information, feedback from customers, … with the team
Who are you?
Required:
* Technical Education
* Fluent in English.
* Customer-focused with an internationally oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Self-organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
* A team player who contributes to a pleasant working atmosphere within the organization.
Optional:
* Knowledge of additional languages, with German being a plus.
* A few years of technical working experience.
* Previous experience with (product) certification.
* Possession of a valid driver's license.
