If you have the dedication and skills to create a meaningful impact in the food industry, we'd love to hear from you. /p pbCore responsibilities /b /p ul liBe responsible for the restaurants service, both hands‑on and in a supervisory role. /li liGuide our customers by explaining our meals and restaurants philosophy. /li liSupport and mentor the Front of House staff, ensuring their growth and development within the team. /li liManage phone calls and chat messages to support potential customers in reaching us. /li liEnsure smooth daily operations by collaborating with the kitchen team. /li liKeep the dining room clean and tidy, to offer a cozy and welcoming environment. /li liLead and/or conduct free food sampling, to engage and attract restaurant clients. /li liFollow hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations, keeping the dining room safe and compliant. /li liOccasionally deliver our proprietary plant‑based meat to our client restaurants in Antwerp. /li /ul pIf desired, you will have the opportunity to: /p ul liPropose and organize initiatives for themed events in the restaurant. /li liPropose and test new ideas that enhance the dining room's workflow and service quality. /li liContribute to content creation for our online presence in ideation, definition and execution. /li liContribute to menu development by bringing creative, actionable drinks or recipe ideas to life. /li /ul pbYour expertise /b /p ul li2+ years of experience as Waiter, Head Waiter, or in a similar role. /li liYou are eligible to legally work in Antwerp. /li liYou have sharp attention to detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind. /li liYou have the enthusiasm to thrive in a startup setting, where flexibility and adaptability are key. /li liYou have a collaborative mindset and are willing to work as a part of a team. /li liYou have the ability to balance hard work with a sense of fun, knowing when to push and to enjoy the moment. /li liYou are genuinely interested in exploring and evolving within the role. /li liFluent English is required, and Dutch is a nice‑to‑have. /li /ul pWe also value diverse perspectives.
