The financial services industry and digital assets industry in Hong Kong operates in one of the most dynamic and highly regulated environments in the world. Institutions must navigate an evolving regulatory landscape and engage with key regulators such as the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), and the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA), etc. These regulators play a critical role in safeguarding market integrity and reinforcing Hong Kong's position as a leading international financial centre.
