Title: IT Support Specialist
Location: Liersesteenweg 4, 2800 Mechelen, Belgium
Duration: 3 Months - Rolling contract - Extendable
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex hardware, software, and network issues.
* Log, categorize, and prioritize tickets accurately and efficiently.
* Perform password resets, account unlocks, and other user access-related tasks.
* Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
* Install and configure operating systems, software, and Microsoft Outlook.
* Conduct hardware and software troubleshooting on Windows and macOS devices.
* Support VPN, Wi-Fi, IP, and DNS connectivity issues.
* Utilize SCCM, Intune, and Jamf Pro for endpoint management.
* Follow up on outstanding tickets and ensure timely communication with users.
* Maintain accurate records of support interactions, resolutions, and escalations.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in an onsite IT support role within an enterprise environment.
* Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and macOS.
* Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with VPN, DNS, IP, Wi-Fi, and other network technologies.
* Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, and Jamf Pro for device management.
* Experience with hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (verbal and written).
* Comfortable working in shift environments.
* Willingness to provide on-call support when required.
