sparring partner of the group's CFO
, supporting strategic decisions, and improving working processes.
Senior Business Controller - Your Tasks
* Manage financial performance
across multiple entities through clear, accurate, and insightful reporting.
* Design and enhance dashboards
using BI tools to deliver real-time financial visibility.
* Drive budgeting and forecasting cycles
, providing actionable insights that influence company direction.
* Partner with business teams
to translate financial data into growth-oriented strategies.
* Improve internal controls and finance processes
, fostering efficiency and reliability.
* Own the KPI framework
, ensuring financial and operational metrics drive continuous improvement.
Senior Business Controller - Your Profile
* At least
5 years of experience
in Controlling or FP&A.
* Master
in Economics, Management Science or related field
* Fluency in
English and either French or Dutch
is a must. Knowledge of the second language is considered a strong asset.
* Strong experience in
ERP and financial tools
such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel
