Your mission
As Regional Manager for Wallonia and Brussels, you play a key role in managing regional operations and supporting the company’s expansion. Working closely with other regional managers, you ensure strong operational and commercial performance across the agencies, as well as a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Your main responsibilities include:
Operational and performance management: Coordinate with regional managers and senior leadership to optimize processes, monitor operational and commercial KPIs, resolve issues, and implement effective procedures across the agencies.
Team leadership and coaching: Supervise and support a regional team of approximately employees by fostering a positive, collaborative work environment through regular check-ins, on-the-job coaching, and structured performance follow-up.
Customer-centric approach: Build and maintain strong client relationships, uphold the company’s promise of security and service excellence, and address any customer dissatisfaction or operational incidents promptly.
Operational execution and crisis management: Demonstrate a proactive mindset in managing day-to-day operations and long-term planning, including team assessments, coaching, operational improvements, and handling critical situations that require prioritization and composure.
About the ideal candidate
You have to years of experience in an operational management role, ideally in retail, hospitality, or services, within multi-site, results-driven environments.
️ You are bilingual French/Dutch (spoken and written), comfortable working in a multilingual environment; proficiency in English is a plus.
You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy taking initiative, while being comfortable in a structured, performance-driven environment.
You combine a strategic vision with a hands-on approach, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, service quality, and continuous improvement.
