Responsibilities
Your tasks include:

* Responsibility for sales development and achieving sales targets in the region.

* Management and development of a future-proof sales team (around 8 employees).

* Effective planning, coordination, and management of all field sales activities.

* Securing and consolidating planned customer contacts; expanding presence in the region.

* Recruitment and coaching of new field sales employees.

* Creation and implementation of effective sales strategies; regular market and competition analyses.

* Compliance with target and planning specifications; cost control as budget manager.

* Organization and management of conferences, trade fairs, and events.
