You'll be an integral part of our strategy for expanding market share through targeted client acquisitions and building lasting customer relationships. We are ideally looking for someone to join us at our Ghent HQ, though we are happy to offer a remote setup for the right candidate based in Europe. As an EMEA-based Account Executive, you will enjoy a hybrid rhythm—balancing remote work with strategic travel across your market while returning to Ghent on a regular basis to sync with the team and shape our collective strategy.
Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting to close, you'll lead complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging with all levels of target organizations up to C-level
Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure high satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities within your accounts
Drive account expansion and upsell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value
Experience: 3+ years in enterprise software or SaaS sales with a proven track record of success
Startup mindset: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, early-stage company environment where you'll wear multiple hats and adapt quickly
Team player: Experience with team selling and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with proficiency in written and verbal English
Self-starter attitude: Experience selling to production or services industries
Experience with partner ecosystems and channel sales
Proficiency in additional European languages
