Focus on SMB/MM. Leads come in through marketing and BDRs, but also requires outbound. Run entire process after first meeting yourself, untill signature (Demo, negotiation etc.) Cycles 3-6 months, ADS 10-15K ARR. Quota: 300K-500K (Depending on seniority) - Very doable. Discovery calls are done online, they tend to go for face to face meetings after. So this is a nice role where you VISIT clients!
