Our supply chain spans from Asian and EU suppliers through European and North American 3PL hubs, serving customers across Amazon (EU, UK, US, CA), our own website, and wholesale partners.
About the Role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Operator to support the execution of our supply chain processes across procurement and logistics. You will work closely with our Procurement and Logistics Coordinators, handling the day-to-day operational tasks that keep goods moving and systems accurate. This is a digital, systems-heavy role: you will spend your days coordinating through email, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and online platforms, working with 3PLs, forwarders, and suppliers. By taking ownership of execution, you will free up the team to focus on planning and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Transfers and Rebalancing (25%)
* Execute all stock transfers between warehouses (EU hub, Amazon EU/UK, US hub, FBA US) based on rebalance recommendations
* Ensure transfers are processed on time and accurately reflected in all systems
Amazon / 3PL Inbound Management (25%)
* Create shipping plans, monitor FBA and AWD inbound shipments, and resolve receiving discrepancies
* Ensure timely arrivals and accurate tracking in Amazon’s and 3PL’s systems
Freight Coordination and Documentation (20%)
* Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with freight forwarders
* Track container movements and ensure documentation accuracy
Supplier Communication and System Accuracy (20%)
* Follow up with suppliers on PO confirmations, cargo ready dates, and shipping schedules
* Ensure every update from the supplier side (delays, quantity changes, rescheduled shipments) is immediately reflected in our ERP, so planning tools always work off accurate data
Payment Preparation and Operational Support (10%)
* Process supplier payment requests, verify invoices against POs, and ensure timely payment execution
* Contribute to improving our internal tools and workflows in collaboration with our IT team, which builds custom solutions to support the supply chain
About You
* 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, in a digital or 3PL-managed environment. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome
* Digitally fluent: You are comfortable spending full days working with Office 365, online platforms, and digital coordination tools. This is a desk-based role, not a field or warehouse role
* Strong attention to detail and a personal commitment to data accuracy. You understand that a missed update in the system has downstream consequences on the physical goods' location.
* Proactive communicator: You flag issues early with clear context rather than waiting to be asked
* Able to juggle multiple tasks and systems simultaneously without losing track
* Fluent in English (working language). French at B1+ level for the Brussels office environment
* Valid EU work permit
Nice to have:
* Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA/AWD inbound flows
* Experience with freight documentation (bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices)
* Experience with EXCEL and/ or invoice processing
