About the Role
As part of our continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our HR team in Spain by hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment activities across our projects and corporate functions in Madrid.
The role will play a key part in attracting, identifying and coordinating talent within dynamic and international environments, supporting both operational and strategic hiring needs across the business.
We are looking for a proactive and organised profile with strong communication skills, strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes within fast-paced environments.
The position is heavily focused on:
* recruitment for site, engineering and corporate profiles;
* active sourcing and talent attraction;
* stakeholder coordination and candidate management;
* talent pipeline development;
* and support across recruitment and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Manage recruitment processes for site, engineering and corporate profiles
* Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking and direct search
* Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes with hiring managers
* Screen and evaluate candidates aligned with technical and organisational requirements
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for future business needs
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
HR Support & Coordination
* Support onboarding and employee integration activities
* Maintain recruitment trackers, reporting and HR documentation updated
* Coordinate with project teams, managers and different business areas
* Support employer branding and recruitment visibility initiatives
* Assist with market benchmarking and salary analysis activities
Requirements
* Previous experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR support roles
* Strong capability for proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and internal databases
* Good judgement identifying profiles aligned with technical, cultural and organisational needs
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
* Strategic mindset to build pipelines and anticipate future hiring needs
* Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
* Proactive, organised and solution-oriented profile
* Fluent Spanish and English suitable for an international environment
Desirable
* Experience using Workday
* Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
* Previous experience recruiting within construction, engineering or technical environments
* Experience within international or mission critical/Data Centre environments
* Exposure to onboarding or HR administration activities
