Join our team as a Talent & Development Intern &##We are offering an internship for a motivated student eager to contribute to recruitment and development projects within our team.
Help create and update engaging job descriptions and post job listings.
Pre-screen applications, compile shortlists, and organize interview schedules.
Analyze recruitment data and support with tracking metrics.
Organize and file training certificates.
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Human Resource Management, Labor Sciences, Work Psychology, or a related field that requires an internship agreement.
Detail-oriented and a team player.
Fluent in English and French.
