We are now looking for a Tailoring Specialist to join our team! This role is ideal for anyone who has experience in customising clothes or with a fashion education background. Hours: Full Time (35h)Starting Date: As soon as possible Flexibility: You are flexible to work Saturdays and across various shifts Salary: Competitive compensation What is your purpose?Altering length of trousers, skirts, sleeves and embroidery Upcycling (Sashiko, darning etc..)Discussing alteration or repair requirements with customers to ensure that their specifications are metAccurately recording customer's measurements, instructions and preferencesComply with store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and minimise lossCollaborate enthusiastically with all team members and offer to support them when needed to form a united high performing teamRelay the voice of customers about products and services to company management to continue to make our business relevant for the customers of today and tomorrowWhen needed be able to support store operation task to make sure we have the best store possible for our customersGreet and advise our customers on the sales floor, in the fitting room and at the checkout in order to offer exceptional customer serviceMaintain a clean and tidy sales floor allowing our customers to experience the UNIQLO universeProcess deliveries and set up items on the sales floor to ensure their enhancementA percentage of the tailor's time (e.G. 25%) will be devoted to pure store taskWho are our Tailoring specialists?You have the right to work in Belgium.
