Operations - Warehouse Manager
to take charge of critical distribution activities. You will lead and develop a team of frontline managers across day and night shifts, driving performance, people development, and operational excellence. Based in South of Antwerp, the role supports multi-country operations and offers the chance to make a visible impact in a fast-moving environment.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Lead and coordinate frontline managers overseeing a sizable operational workforce.
* Steer performance through clear objectives and structured follow-up.
* Anticipate operational risks and implement improvement initiatives.
* Drive operational efficiency while maintaining strong cost control.
* Ensure a safe, compliant and structured working environment.
* Monitor operational KPIs and initiate corrective actions when needed.
* Ensure timely availability of goods in line with operational and customer commitments.
* Contribute to performance reviews, reporting and continuous improvement.
* Optimize workforce planning and resource allocation based on activity levels.
About you:
* Degree in engineering, logistics or operations management
* Demonstrated ability to lead, engage and develop operational teams
* Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
* Clear and confident communication in a bilingual professional setting (French/Dutch)
* Familiarity with operational systems and performance indicators
