NextLink is looking for a Functional Analyst (SME Expert Finance) for our clients´ Accounting & Reporting Solutions team.
The team is responsible:
* to manage the company´s Finance systems functionalities (projects, change requests, maintenance) respecting local user requirements, timing and budget;
* to contribute to Group projects, evolutions related to Finance tools (Financial and Management), Regulatory Reporting (local and Group, financial, management, liquidity, solvency, ALM, credit risk reporting);
* to define and ensure local needs are respected and implemented;
* to secure qualitative and efficient company´s Finance systems functionalities;
* to participate in testing;
* to ensure the change management and training towards the users (Accounting & Reporting Teams, Management Control, ALM, Credit Risk).
Role Description:
The mission consists in the analysis, improvement and validation of the Data Quality Controls for the sourced data in the Management Accounting Systems and delivered towards ALM Group Tool (AGAPES).
In order to reach this objective, The functional analuyst (SME Expert Finance) will:
- Analyze the Data Quality Controls implemented by the Group in the COMET tool for ALM data;
- Make use of data analytics, data visualization, scripting and automation techniques;
- Identify the root causes of any issues on the controls and propose solutions to the COMET team;
- Write coherent & complete business requirements;
- Define a roadmap;
- Prepare, Coordinate, Execute testing by detailed analysis of the delivered results vs the expected results;
- Coordinate, Follow up the implementation of the solutions in COMET;
- Document the solutions and the linked processes;
- Ensure proactive, regular and clear communication towards the Management and the different stakeholders.

* Education: Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in Finance/Accounting/Business Management
* Fluent English and French
* Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar function within a financial institution
* IT systems (SQL, Access, Excel), Stakeholders relations, Crisp and Clear Communication
* ALM data and processes, Data Analyst, Functional analyst
* Nice to have: T system (Business Objects, Cognos), OFS – Company´s Accounting System
* Nice to have: Banking Accounting knowledge
