Your most important tasks
* Advise the Project Manager on project planning, cost management, and performance.
* Collaborate with the project team to establish a validated Baseline for scope, time, and cost:
* Define a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and determine contractual deliverables (scope).
* Develop a detailed project schedule based on the WBS and align activities (time).
* Perform cost loading of the WBS in the planning tool (cost).
* Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Evaluate project performance by calculating Earned Value, developing scenario models, and conducting risk analyses.
* Report deviations from the validated baseline and provide advice on risks and mitigation actions.
* Monitor schedules, budgets, and risks, including proposing improvements and corrective measures.
* Perform delay assessments in case of schedule slippage and advise on impact and solutions.
Our ideal candidate
* You have proven experience in Cost Control and/or Project Planning for complex projects.
* You hold a master's degree in finance, engineering, or construction.
* You have a strong interest in construction, project management, and contracting.
* You are proficient in Excel and enjoy working with planning software such as Primavera (P6/OPC) or MS Project.
Don't have extensive experience yet? No problem We offer training and guidance to help you further develop your skills.
* You are highly analytical, accurate, and communicative, with a proactive mindset.
