We are seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining personal contacts with building materials dealers and purchasing groups, and building long-term relationships. Your key objectives will include ensuring the smooth follow-up of key offers, monitoring compliance with contractual terms and conditions, and providing technical design assistance at every stage of a project.
Main Responsibilities
* Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for building materials distributors and purchasing groups
* Evaluate and address customer needs, ensuring correct and transparent information flow between customers and internal departments
* Manage demand from order to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution
* Organise and participate in product trainings, open house, workshops and fairs
* Maintain accurate records of customer information in the CRM system
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in technical products
* Demonstrated success in selling technical products
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to build long-term relationships
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Dutch and French, with English being a plus
