What you will do
* Operate and continuously improve the Microsoft Security stack
* Monitor, analyze, and follow up on security alerts, events, and vulnerabilities
* Perform incident response and threat hunting
* Manage and optimize identity & access security (MFA, Conditional Access, PIM)
* Track and improve Microsoft Secure Score and device compliance
* Coordinate security actions and remediation with internal teams
* Ensure security controls, assets, and processes are documented and auditable
* Act as a security advisor and evangelist across IT and business teams
* Follow up on security changes and new developments in the Microsoft ecosystem
What you bring
* Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Security operations
* Proven expertise with Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud)
* Solid background as a System Engineer (Windows, AD, infrastructure)
* Experience with IAM (Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM)
* Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, CIS, CyberFundamentals)
* Experience with incident response and threat hunting
* Familiarity with Azure, Intune/MECM, VMware, networking & firewalls
* Fluent Dutch and professional working English
* Security certifications are a strong plus
