Drive meaningful impact and grow our Motion business in the East and West Flanders region by promoting ABB's cutting-edge solutions for energy efficiency, Industry 4.0, and expanding the reach of our motors and drives portfolio.


Main Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage customer relationships to drive growth and increase sales volume and margin across the Motion portfolio.
* Deliver excellent service and understand customers' unique challenges and goals to build trust.
* Identify and develop new markets in collaboration with the Sales team to spot opportunities and shape the future.
* Translate market trends into tailored solutions with support from marketing and technical teams to turn insights into action.
* Monitor customer and industry developments to stay ahead.


Key Qualifications:

* Technical education at bachelor's or master's level.
* Knowledge of electrical drive technology, pumps, fans, cooling automation, and IoT-or a strong willingness to learn.
* Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
* Solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Collaborative spirit and experience working in a team environment.
* Strong commercial insight and a results-driven attitude.
* Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
